Terms and Conditions - Headshots

Must be 18 or over. Must not redeem more than once per client every 6 months.

A $99 nonrefundable deposit is due to secure your time on our calendar. Sessions must be completed within 30 days from purchase. One reschedule is permitted, given a 24 hour notice. Additional reschedules or less than 24 hour notices incur a $25 rescheduling fee each time, for a maximum of 2 times for the basic package, and only 1 time for hair and makeup packages, at which time your deposit will be consumed by our studio. Normal rate is applied and Special is no longer applicable to secure any additional session times beyond the terms laid here.

The Headshot Special and any included products are not redeemable for cash or credit.

One retouched digital file, one background, and one lighting setup at either location is included with the Headshot Special package. Hair and makeup and other options are not included, but can be added to your experience. See List of Extras below to view add-on options.

Missed sessions and no-show appointments will not be refunded; all deposits and purchases are non-refundable.

Ordering of your images will take place immediately after your shoot. Responsible party for purchases must be an adult 18 years or older.  Orders are "Final Sale" meetings. No refunds on purchases. All sales final.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
